DartsTracker Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-04-29
DartsTracker (the “App”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.
1. Information We Collect
1-1. Information You Enter
- Practice menus, drill settings, and practice results (throw counts, hits, elapsed time, date and time, etc.)
- Notification settings (reminder times, etc.)
All of this is stored only on your own device (in a SQLite database) and is never sent to the developer’s servers.
1-2. Information Collected Automatically (via Third-Party Services)
The App uses the following third-party services, each of which collects information.
Google AdMob (Ad Delivery)
- Advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you grant tracking permission on iOS)
- Coarse location (estimated from IP address)
- Usage data such as ad impressions and taps
- Device and OS information (diagnostic data)
- Purpose: Ad delivery and personalization, and measurement of ad performance
If you decline tracking through App Tracking Transparency (ATT), the IDFA is not used and only contextual ads (which do not identify you personally) are shown.
RevenueCat (Subscription Management)
- Subscription purchase history
- Anonymous user ID (generated automatically as a UUID v4; it does not identify you personally)
- Device information
- Purpose: Purchasing, restoring, and managing the expiration of subscriptions
Firebase Analytics (Google)
- App usage (screen transitions, feature usage counts, etc.)
- Anonymous user ID
- Device and OS information
- Purpose: Statistical analysis for improving the App
Without ATT consent, the IDFA is not used and data is aggregated using the anonymous ID only.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes.
- Providing the App’s features (recording practice data, managing subscriptions, sending reminder notifications)
- Statistical analysis for improving the App and developing new features
- Ad delivery and measurement of its effectiveness
- Investigating and responding to bugs and outages
- Responding to requirements under applicable laws and regulations
3. Disclosure to Third Parties
The developer does not provide collected information to third parties except in the following cases.
- Transmission of data to the third-party service providers listed in “1-2. Information Collected Automatically” above (handled in accordance with each provider’s privacy policy)
- Where disclosure is required by law
- Where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the App

- Third-party service data: according to the retention period in each provider’s privacy policy
6. Security
The App manages the information it collects appropriately and takes reasonable safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage. Sensitive information such as the anonymous user ID is stored in the iOS SecureStore (encrypted keychain).
7. Age of Intended Users
The App carries an age rating of 4+, but it is not primarily directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
